Dr György Sütő, attorney-at-law, member of the Kecskemét Bar Association.
Legal studies were pursued at the University of Szeged, including a specialised programme in European Union law, and one semester was completed at the University of Potsdam in Germany with an ERASMUS scholarship. The law degree was obtained in 2005.
The practical training period was spent as a trainee lawyer, and following the bar exam, from 2010 legal representation of clients was provided first as a sole practitioner, later as head of the Szeged branch office of Dr Lóránt Horváth Law Firm, specialised in economic criminal law. The experience gained as head of office in relation to corporate-sector abuses and complex economic cases has been applied again in an independent practice as a sole practitioner from the beginning of 2026, while maintaining close cooperation as a professional partner with the former firm.
The main field of expertise is criminal law, with particular experience in corruption offences, cybercrime committed in the digital space, and economic cases related to budgetary fraud. Defence is also provided in classic drug-related and human smuggling cases, as well as in offences against the person, property offences and traffic-related crimes. Legal services are furthermore offered in the fields of real estate law, corporate law, inheritance law and debt collection.
Activities cover ad hoc legal advice, long-term retainers for companies, drafting of legal documents, as well as comprehensive defence in misdemeanour and criminal proceedings, representation of victims, and legal representation in the course of penal enforcement.
A higher-level English language exam has been obtained, and since university years work has been carried out on the translation, and later the drafting, of English-language contracts. As a result, comprehensive legal services are provided to clients in both Hungarian and English. Thanks to this language proficiency, assistance can also be provided in matters arising abroad, involving a foreign partner where necessary.
In many cases, matters can be resolved out of court, without involving authorities or courts, thereby saving considerable time and costs.
Professional liability insurance is held with the Hungarian Lawyers' Insurance and Relief Association.
The aim is to approach legal issues in a practical and efficient manner and to provide cost-effective solutions at the highest professional standard.
For the convenience of clients and to ensure faster case management, ad hoc legal advice is also provided online (via video call). Professional activity is not limited to the registered office: criminal defence and legal representation are undertaken throughout Hungary.
